So I just got this Phillips DVD drive from my cousin, but everytime I push the eject button, it hesitates to come out of the bay. So I'll push it like 20 times before it finally come's out. Anybody know why it's doin' this? Thanks.

U need to either take it apart and clean the gears or the rubber belt thing or u need to see about a thing which i cangt exactly remember really sorry mate

take the drive apart and look at the gears to make sure they are clean and look at the rubber belt that connects the gears to the motor that drives the gears. also, make sure all plugs are secuerly attached.
