Rrod Consoles Form Ebay Options

i know soem here buy and repair cheap rrods from ebay... my flashed 360 has rrod 0021, and came across a seller on ebay that sells rrods for $20 total, counting sipping... the rrods arent individually marked tho, and the ad says it can be any rrod, e74, dvd problem,no video, freezing, etc, etc. would it be worth buying and trying to fix?

Do you know how to fix a broken 360? If you get one and it's unrepairable, did you just spend all your money? Ask yourself some simple questions man.

1. Good point.
2. You spell grammar then gammar in the same sentence, do you type with boxing gloves on?. (I dont mean that offensively so laugh or die!). Grammar helps people understand you correctly, especially those who are not fluent at your language.
3. 0021 is a toughy to 'fix' and will never be solved.

All 3LOD/2LOD/1LOD aren't solvable. They can be fixed but it isn't permanent and you will get returns on nearly every console. My advice is to stay away and use your hidden talents for something more constructive, like flaming people for correcting your grammar.

And yes you are correct, RROD 360's are so common that they do seem to "form" ebay

0021 should be an easy fix, easier to fix than a e74 imo. You would need to spend $280 minimum to buy proper reflow equipment. Xclamp fixes are temporary, you end up tightening them down every 2 - 3 weeks until the chips are clamped down so far you just end up losing video and needing a reflow anyways.

You would be better off having your existing console repaired, or looking around for new consoles that are on sale.

You should also probably buy a new wireless keyboard, since the grammar nazi thinks your poor spelling is intentional. It it was intentional, then you should go back to school. j/k

I just had 2 Systems Reballed, cost me $140(included return shipping), a little cheaper cause i only sent him the mobos, no case or other hardware, Done by the BoXXDr, Fast Return time as well, one was a Xenon, and the other a Falcon, my Zypher was not repairable by this method tho.

I have bought rrod consoles from ebay before. I paid about $60.00 for the consoles. Make sure that they less than 3 years iold so you can send them in for repair. Microsoft will repair the e74 3 rrod for free. If you're still under warrenty they might do more for free? Don't waste your time and money with $20.00 consoles.
