To all X-chip users, if you are very sure that your solder works are good, and your x-chip is good, here's what I did to fix the fragging problem. Make sure you follow the X-chip Master guide.pdf.

1) Make sure you flashed your X-chip before socket it in the header on the XBOX. just connect the USB cable.
2) Flash the full bin(~6Mb)
3) Then add the M8.16.bin(256kb) to one of the banks and make it bootable.
4) Put the x-chip on the header.
5) solder the 5v wire onto the x-chip.
6) solder the D0 wire from XBOX to X-chip.

That's it. My probelm is solved. The key here is make sure load the M8.16.bin(1.6 only bin) file. Any other version of BIOS won't work for 1.6XBOX. Good luck to all that have the Fragging problem on 1.6XBOX.

Why not use the special 1.6 flashes that come with the special Evox bios for xchip, alot of extra features there tongue.gif No need for M8_16.bin if using proper bios.
