I copied the YouTube and Netflix apps from my LIVE console, Yaris Swapped them, and then copied them over to my Slim. I also set fakelive to true in my launch.ini file. I even made a copy of my LIVE profile and put it on my RGH. However when I log into my profile, it still says it can't connect and YouTube and Netflix tell me to upgrade to gold. Is there a work around for this?

I cannot say right now. If someone wanted to watch the Xbox's network activity while connected to Netflix, one could likely figure out what kind of LIVE connectivity is required.
