Sorry for the extremely noob post but I'd like to know if I'm using the most up to date and best emulators. Here's what I've got:
Final Burn Legends 1.3
mednafenx_nes_v15
MekaX_v3
neogenesis_v25
pcsxbox_v21
Surreal64 CE B5.5
xboyadvance_v24
ZsnexBox 3.7

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for emulators for other systems to check out? There's a lot of great information on this site but at times it can be kind of difficult for someone who's new to xbox homebrew to know which apps to get and which to avoid.
I've checked out The Great Xbox Emulation Answer Thread but it hasn't been updated in a while.

i would say you should check out x68000x a sharp x68000 emulator which has some great arcade ports and japanese exclusive games.
winuaex an emu which emulates the amiga and also some of the 8bit computer emulators like vice64.

Mednafenx_PCE is a very good emulator of the Turbografx/PCEngine console. It even runs the CD games for that console, and you can find real gems there ("Akumajo Dracula X - Chi no Rondo" is one of the best Castlevania games of all times).

personally... nothing. im sure glad i spent 10,000 hours making icons, getting the xtras and setting them up. learning about modding, millions of transfers etc... time well spent lol. im sure some day it will get used more

I have a tendancy to buy things because I want them, and then not use them. Just to have and say I've "modded" it. I have put good use to the X-Box on two trips, and on occasion at home, but not so much that the xtras pack was worth the time. Who plays EVERY game ever made?! tongue.gif

I also bought a Dreamcast, which was after the X-Box, and I plan on buying a Gamecube. (I think I plan on owning everything at some point, with flash carts or some other method of "jukebox"ing games...)
