Stick?
I always have to change the controller configuration to invert thumbstick but not all games has that option so I wonder if there is a way to change the controllers like remapping the controller in the bios or something else I can do about it.

I don't know if any BIOS has that feature, but if it's really bothering you then you could re-wire the controller, which gives me a good idea, wire the control stick buttons up and down to a switch so that you can manually switch from default to inverted, I might do this sometime.

can a bios even do that? i know i haven't saw any, but i'm just wondering if it could even be possible... because when the game starts... would the bios still be in control... eh to much thinking for me

a simple hardware switch has nothing to do with the bios...
