I bought an xbox 360 that can play burned games. am I able to go onto xbox live to stream netflix still?

Yes but make sure the drive firmware is up to date so you won't get banned when you play burned games.

Dump the drive with JF, then compare what it says in the info box against what it says for your drive on www.c4evaspeaks.com
