Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has had any problems backing up there copy of RS3. My box doesn't want to read the RWs I have anymore, and I wanted to know if there were any known issues before I attempt to backup my copy with a DVD-R.

I'm sick up burning coasters!

the copy i RENTED works fine,, dvd2xbox,, or if you ftp the game to your pc. make damn sure your using something like craxion or ADR to patch the game it will search for all xbe files and patch them all. and go get Qwix to for ftp'ing iso's , no more extracting an iso then ftp it over,, it "mounts the iso and extracts the files. and its nice and fast.
it too will patch games, and even makes a copy of the unpatched file called "default unpatched.xbe.

it works fine and i played the rental for about 5 min's to test all game modes and its fine,, the game is poop with the xbox controller, so for all you crying illegal copy i deleted it, i aint wasting my prescious hd space for a game like that,, i ill stick to playing that game where it belongs,, on my PC

Just to let ya'll know, I finally worked up the courage to attempt to backup my copy of RS3, and was successful! I am now free to play frisbee with my original if I dare, without any wories that my gameplay could be jepordized.

Hooray for $70 frisbees!
