Okay, so I decided to buy some DVD-Rs and burned copies of both xDSL and Ed's Xebian. Everything boot's up fine, but when I try to install one of them onto my HDD, it's like it's not there.

Xebian says "/dev/hda50 does not exist" when I type in XBOXLinuxInstall and select option 1

and

xDSL says "No suitable partitions available" when I select Loopback Install

What am I to do from here? I have a X2 chip which I split with both a X2 5035 bios and a cromwell (banks are switchable)...I'm at a dead end here...and would appreciate any help, since I've been looking through any forums I come across and can't find a damn thing about it.

Thank you
