What is all the alternatives to fix broken traces, and pads without using a defrogger kit, can i solder a wire from pad to pad even the the trace and the pad are blacked out

Yes, if you're very careful, you can do this.

However, if you aren't too confident of your soldering abilities, or if you caused the motherboard damage, you can also use conductive ink as an alternative fix (I hope this isn't what you mean by a defogger kit smile.gif).
