Sorry, it might actually be level 4

Ok, I need some help here. I get right to the morgue and revive the agent. I check the map and it shows this as the ext. So i go to the dorr marked "exit" but no icon appears to open door. I go to the garage door, but no icon appears to open door. How do i get out?
