Preaty much as the topic states. I'd like to run the BBC World RSS Feed and the RSS Feed form X-S on XBMC. So far I can only get the one stream setup beit either the Beeb or X-S, but not both. Ava can run multi RSS feeds so I would think it should work in XBMC too. So far I only found RSS references in the Home.xml and References.xml to RSS in XBMC. Should I be looking somewhere eles?

Thanks.

P.s. to the mods sorry if this has been asked before but the Search seems to be down about 95% these Days! Whats up with that??

not consecutively a la avaluanch or unleashx, what you can do is have multiple feeds running simultaneously across the the screen- although this skin dependent.

if you want to do this, open the home.xml file in the skin folder you use, find the rss tags (its near the bottom)

copy all of it, paste directly after the original, change the feed address to another valid one, and reposition it- generally about 10 above or below works pretty good although make sure its not clashing with another button or something- its not gonna affect controls just looks messy

From xboxmediacenter forum - "Copy the existing one in home.xml skin file (default skin)And make sure to position it a bit away from the first one."

^^What he said.

Thanks for the quick replies. I should have been more claear in my first post that I wanted consecutive feeds running like in Avalaunch (i.e. one Feed ends and another begins).

So this can't be done yet. sad.gif

Anyone think that this could be implemented by 1.0?

no there is a feature freeze till after 1.0 is released, and to me consecutive feeds is not a bug but a feature request, but what do i know- i'm not a dev, just a fan biggrin.gif
