could it be possible to hook up 2 stock HDDs at the same time to the 360 and have it reconize both? someone with access to two HDDs should try this

You mean... On different channels? RAID? Physically swap the drive at the top of the unit for another?

no it is not possible since sata is one hd per channel and both channels are taken up( 1 dvd and 1 hd) it might be possible to make a manual swith to swich what drive is being used when the system is off but sata data transfer is in the ghz range, so it would be hard to make it properly and almost useless.

how bout an sata to ide and an ide to usb plug - chain em...well unless there is a sata to usb plug but i havent seen one

if you use the second HDD, format it, and plug it in via USB i dont see why not wink.gif

no he means in a array which would utilize both drives and show as one to have around 16-20gbs
