You dont have a xenon. Basically they are the consoles that were released on and around the launch date.

More specifically, a Xenon system has no HDMI. If you don't have a HDMI port, then there's a very extremly high chance you have a Xenon.

there's no ready-to-use public solution yet, but free60 released all the details to do it, so sooner or later it will be available I guess ... as long as you didn't update to the latest kernel with the new CB-lockdown.

what i want to know is that...it's allreadyy possible right? acess to full acceleration videos and stuff? all is there...we just have to wait someone does it?

if there is a port of xbmc then it`ll be unofficial. they`ve said that there is no interest at all of porting xbmc to 360.

I remember when the team stated that they had "no interest" porting it to xp, mac and linux. Trust me, it will happen, if not publicly, then privately. It wouldnt surprise me if right now, they had a basic xbmc front-end already up and running!
