I've already downloaded the avi of the intro video, but now i don't know how to get it to start up when I turn the xbox on. Thanks in advance!

i believe there are also mods to custom files in the skin that need replacing. I found them by checking out the xTV thread. CHI3F was the user that pointed me in the right direction. However after 2 boots the novelty wore off.
