Hey Guys,

I'm not new here, but I havnt't used the forums much since I signed up a while back. I need some advice. I just recently upgraded my 360 with the most recent live update 8/11/09. It is currently a completely un-moddified box.

I would like to flash the drive but I don't want M$ to ban my box. Will having the latest update cause this after I flash the drive?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Lance

My 360 is currently flashed with 1.6 and there hasn't been any problems.

you always run the risk of ban after you modify the firmware! BUT from what i can tell (as i have 3 systems that run 1.6 on live) i have yet to see any OH NO I HAVE BEEN BANNED!! threads and none of my customers/or my personal consoles have been banned so i wouldnt be too weary just yet. im actually worried only about the FALL 09 update. sad.gif blink.gif uhh.gif
