Im planning on getting a 360 next week and i dont have a hdtv but the one i do have has component input and svideo but i also read that buying a VGA cable for the 360 gives great picture and is better then playing on a regular TV. is CRT computer monitor is the best option for me since i dont want to spend the $$$ on a HDTV? Also if anyone else uses CRT could someone post some screen shots of the xbox 360 running on a CRT monitor?

It will look amazing, CRt PC monitors will give you a better picture than a plasma or LCD by far, it is just because of the size that people buy LCDs.

Just do it, it will look great. smile.gif

*Disagrees* I don't like the look of games on CRTs, the pixels always stand out too much to me, but then again not everyone notices them that much. If you dont mind CRTs then go for it.
