First let me apologize if this in in the wrong section but it involves both RGH and Drive flashing so i wasn't sure.
Ok , i have a working 4bg Trinity slim with a Hitachi drive drive and i also have a 4gb Corona V2 that seems to have defective memory and it is stuck halfway through an update and as far as i can tell is not fixable but it has a lite-on 1175 drive. so after much reading i have concluded that i can get a tx replacement pcb and flash it with LTU hitachi firmware using the info from the trinity , and installing in the lite-on drive then i install that drive in the trinity slim. This as far as i have got , as i understand it i need to RGH the trinity to get the information i need for making the LTU firmware. I have flashed many xbox phats and ive installed many mod chips in the xbox 1 and ps1/2 so have adequate soldering skills but i have never done a RGH. The tutorials i've read so far seem to have all sorts of different info and different components used so here are my questions

1. Can someone please let me know exactly what i need to buy to get the info i need from the trinity.( i already have x360usb pro v1 and a CK3.)
2. Am i right in assuming i use the full lite-on drive (after replacing the pcb) only i flash it with hitachi firmware.
3. After i have installed the components on the trinity and got the info do i return it back to stock and remove the components.
4. the trinity is currently on 16202 dash. is it ok to update to the latest dash before in rgh?

1,)You are not going to get the key from the trinity with a x360 pro or ck3. You need to RGH it to get the key to flash to your Liteon replacement board.

You will rgh the trinity to get the key and then use no fcrt_bin and inject into the nand that you are now using a liteon board. Once it's RGH, it doesn't care that there's not a original factory drive in there(ie the original OSIG , etc).

As for the Corona V2, with the liteon 1175, you'll need to figure out the nand corruption firstly.

Interesting! Could you please elaborate on how this will enable me to fix the defective memory on my corona?
