I have two 360's one is jtagged the other a flashed drive. Have about 50 games on an external drive that the jtagged unit plays reading them through the usb connection.

Looking at giving the jtagged unit to my son in Newfoundland and keeping the other flashed drive unit.

My computer can read the external drive on my computer listing the games and their files no problem but of course they are not in ISO format.

My question is how or is it possible to take a one of these backed up games folders and files from the jtagged external drive and change/fix/format it and then burn it to a Dual Layer DVD disc to work on the flashed unit?

Never tried it but can't imagine a straight copy files over burn them to disk would work.

Thanks

Make a new backup of the desired games and destroy the old ones. Problem solved.

I Dont have a Flashed Samsung drive attached to my computer to make backups.
So the intention was.
  1. Using Dashboard copy game to external drive
  2. Then hook up drive to computer and create a backup from files of game.

Tried Createisogod by Froggy and Imgburn to burn iso files and wound up with two coasters.

Maybe there are other methods but thought this or similar would be easy using the hardware I have already.

No because you can't properly recreate the random padding

OK thanks thought I had an easy way to do it without purchase of hardware. May have to buy the special model Samsung drive then or research other options.

This does leave me wondering about what is Createisogod for if it cant properly pick up the pieces (folders & files) and remake it into an iso.

Thanks for the replies but the jtagged unit was a gift to my son and is now across the Atlantic ocean so any options to get long lost games off it are gone.

its the one major thing i thought would of been sorted by now to make the jtag a complete 360 tool,
and thats ripping ISO via the 360/jtag !

all whats reall y missing is that 'random' padding which of course is not so random !

no 'random padding'
and thus a disc that wont boot !
