Could 0022 Be Caused Because Of This Scratch? Options

My Xenon Xbox 360 has 0022 (sometimes it jumps to 0021, but most of the time its 0022) and when I was looking for any missing components on the bottom of the motherboard I found this scratch:
The scratch is going through the connections that connect the CPU to the GPU. I'm not sure if there is any damage. Could that be the cause of the RRoD? I did not create that scratch, I bought this Xbox used and it was repaired by someone else. The scratch is barely visable, and it seems like it's not deep. Unlikely, it looks like the traces are still intact.

99% is cold solders under the GPU... reball or reflow..

Scratch doesn't look deep enough

For the 0022 - I'd put my money on lots of solder bridges under the Cpu chip.

Did you heat gun the chips ?

I did reflow like 3 times using an oven. Before the reflow, I was always getting 0021, but now I always get 0022.

OVEN Reflow????? seriously???

Propably you have done more bad than good.. In this case all chips can be damaged... You are going in blind my friend.
There is minimum hope to help you if you tell us exactly how you did that Oven reflow, how you covered the board, what was exposed etc.

First layer - tape. Covers capacitors and other small parts
Second layer - foil. Covers components that are covored in tape.
Third layer - cotton shirt. Covers everything exept CPU, GPU, RAM, SB, ANA
Fourth layer - foil. Covers the shirt. Several layers of this.

I don't see any damage, at least what's visable seems good. Capacitors look great, none of them leaked or popped.

BTW, I did use no-clean flux when reflowing.

Can you post photos of the CPU, GPU, NB, RAM chips from the same angle as the one you posted with the scratched trace?

a a pro wont touch it now
b cheaper to replace the unit anyway
c oven reflow??? (all references to all these outdated bodges should be removed come on man its 2012!!!) not 2006!!

Indeed I notice some flex on the GPU as well. The only solution is to reball the GPU, honestly. Also the white thermal compound must be cleared from all components as much as possible. Use Arctic Clean, makes wonders
By the way... be sure you have cleaned the board from dust, I think I see some sitting around on the board.
Generally don't keep your hopes too much high. Since you did "Oven reflow" , you might have burned some essential components.

The board is not warped, it's just a weird effect, like I said, my camera is doing weird things for some reason. Looking at the board from the same angle and it's not warped like that.

but what i said still stands ANY phat is least 3 yrs old most are 4-7 years old way past serviceable life not worth your time sorry but its true

I think I'll be saving my money for a Jasper motherboard. But still, if anyone knows how to fix this error, any advice would help.
