before you begin the game, go to OPTIONS and I think it's in DISPLAY where you can change MPH / KPH.
The lag you're talking about is in the game itself, nothing to do with PAL on NTSC. It's a shame, cos I actually like the game, but you can sorta get used to it.

Sounds like the AOC PAL beta that was floating around on the web. The release was nuked on nforce. Go and buy a copy the retail version has got the speedo.

I've no idea why ATARI put that option in. Proly something to do with driving games...BTW, it's well known that Xbox version has many bugs over PS2's. I'm not surprise that Driv3r slows on your Xbox.

Perhaps you guys haven't gotten very far in Driv3r,yet, but the speedo comes on during certain missions requiring you to know the speed of the vehicle. The first time I saw it was in Nice during a mission.
