i am from brazil and i bought the very similar machine zm-r5860c, i am looking for best temperature profile for this machine to lift ( remove ) the xbox gpu and cpu, can you please share with me the recommended temperature profile please, i just started doing the reballing for xbox a couple week ago and still not able to realize reballing 100% it.

ok this is what i got.. i have a slim 0225 that my brother trashed thinking have can mod it.. he screwed up the board and it will not even power up.. and i have no keys.. if i buy a board fro the same setup can u swap the chip from the trashed board to the working board.. do you understand lol..

I really don't.
What chip you wanna swap?
The console you have, you have no DVD keys, so is useless.
If you buy another slim, what is the point of swapping parts?
A brand new slim console cost $199, I don't see your point.

sorry i should have been more clear.. i have 2 slim liteon drives.. one the laser is bad but good board.. the other has a bad board.. i would like to take the chip off the bad board and put it on the good board.. i dont have the keys for the one with a bad board.. that is the reason to swap the chip over.. the broke laser one had no unit to go to.. and the bad board one i have no keys from it.. so basicly i send 2 boards and swap the chip over..so i can get the keys.. does that help u understand..

You can't get the keys if the board is messed up.
I'm assuming the bad board has a bad chip. The chip holds the keys.
If that is the case, there is nothing I can do, if the bad board is only bad and the chip is good, you are fine, I would have to put the chip from the bad board into the good board and pull the keys.

I don't need the power bricks, you can ship just the consoles.
The prices are $75 for falcon/zephyr GPU replacement and $65 for xenon GPU replacement.
About the CPU reballed, the falcons don't really need the CPU reballed as the don't heat enough to produce crack solder balls, and the xenons, 95% of the time, the CPU does not have any problem.
The price would be $50 for a reball.

If you want to do everything together I can give you better deal.

I can do that. Cost will be $50 plus return shipping.
I can try to fix the bad board first, that would be a little cheap.

Unfortunately, the GPU on this mobo went bad, but is on it's way to be replaced as is under warranty.

I have an xbox with Xenon mobo that has gone through the xclamp mod as well as a reball/12v fan mod. I am back to experiencing the e74 error and am thinking the GPU most likely needs to be replaced. Is it possible to just ship just the mobo your way or will you need the whole console (of course minus power brick/av cables)? Please let me know, thank you in advance.
