I'm now ready to start up my xbox after installing the x2.2lite to flash the bios with the preloaded FLASHbios. I have the Enable switch on but I was wondering if the status of the protection and bank switches mattered.

Read the tutorials, it goes step-by-step how to do it (and where to have the switches set to).
