Ok Peepz heres the situation,

last nite all worked fine using flash fxp all the drives there etc etc...

now today i needed to send some things accross to the xbox i linked the network cable like normal avalaunch connected to the news thingy but for some reason flash fxp wont connect now tried other dash's aswel same prob heres the error that appears in flash fxp:

make sure avalaunch is running and your ftp is enabled with those settings

Have you tried another cable? Similiar thing happened with me. I cannot remember the exact error message that came up but the new cable did the trick!

i also had the same problem and this seems to be a weird issue with processes running on your PC. this is what i did to fix it.

1) Turn on your firewall software (ZoneAlarm)
2) Open FlashXP and attempt connection (hopefully this will allow you to login to your xbox but you will get data connection errors - but the main point is that it let you login and it didnt say refuse connection!)
3) Close down Flash XP, and shutdown ZoneAlarm
4) Open FlashXP, and hopefully you can now connect to the xbox!
