My Xbox won't read any copied games i have burned to dvd+r's anymore. Last week my drive worked fine with all the games, but since yesterday it won't read any copied game. It can read only original games. When i insert a copied game, the drive keeps spinning and the the 'Unknown' message pops up in my Evox dash.

I still can play copied games from my harddrive, just not form the phillips dvd drive. I think that's very strange.

I tried everything i could think of: Soldering all the wires over and over, flashing to the latest bios (Evox M8) but nothing helps!! Could it be that a certain solderwire is broken or something, or that my modchip just died (Xecuter 2.2 Lite).

Any help would be appreciated! sad.gif

its more likely an issue with your dvd drive than your chip. if you can boot to evox your chip is fine. the drive is probably on its way out, see if you can swap in a friends drive to make sure, but i would start lookinf for a new one.
