hello i have a liteon 83850c and the 3 files from the dump, inquiry.bin,dummy.bin,identify.bin can a 74850c be spoofed as a 83850c? if it can be done would any of you have a tutorial on how its done? thanks

The only difference is the firmware. From what I have been told, no spoofing is needed. Just flash the Lite-on with the iXtreme 83850c and you should be good to go. Just be sure you have all the proper files and make sure the key is correct.

Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

you are correct ,jungleflasher will not allow cross spoofing,but a erased 74 is exactly the same as a erased 83 so you can flash with the ixtreme 83850c files.Have done this myself a few times, both ways.
