I Got a prob. Some of the colors in the menus are not visible. There is just a dark blue space where the color is supposed to be. Any idea what this is and how to fix it?

You mean the panel backings ????

Map them with a semi transparent xbx file. (tuts here somewhere)

you can delete them altogether but looks beter with first option.

MU_panel_backing is the .xm in the screen you gave, but there a few more too.
