Today my 360 gave me the 3rol after I left it paused in a downloaded demo for a half an hour, and it also did the same thing to me a month ago when I left it paused in crackdown. This is my 2nd 360 and its still under warranty so do you think it would be worth it to send it it or just let it alone. Its sitting on my desk ina fully venilated area and in a cool room.

Microsoft now pays for the shipping, and if it's repair, it gets another warranty

^^^ That guy is a genius...

Yes, send it back to M$ unless you have modified that firmware! then just send it back to them with a firmly pressed M$ sticker on the front on it....should work..

*Edit* Hey wait, is this post in the right subforum?

It's a pretty good rule that if you still have your warranty then DON'T screw with it. Common sense should get you this far at least. wink.gif

Yes if it still has the M$ warranty then let them deal with it by all means, no point it tearing it apart and possibly getting it completely messed up then you'll be after a new one or replacement motherboard for sure. Odds are you may get a crapper back from M$ as well, but again, that's still there problem as long as you still have your warranty, so let them deal with it.
