So a friend of mine had several games stuck in his drive thanks to his kids. I went to help him remove em, but didn't have the security torx. So we ended up prying out the discs with knifes. Some small plastic pieces came out too.

Once I did open the drive I could manually insert games and flip a half moon switch on the bottom right of the drive to initiate reading, but the drives would neither eject or enter to drive correctly or initiate the read itself.

I've searched a bit, but all the videos I see are for the fat ps3 blu-ray, as mine seems took differently. Dies anyone know of a great breakdown of the ps3 slim disassembly?
