Newbie here (plese be gentle :-)

Trying to burn my first game. I thought i would try duel layer-writable disks till i get it right.
My question is.

1..Do these work with the Xbox 360. If yes do i go for minus or plus
2..Which are the best disk to write to when i get it right (ordinary dl disks) plus or minus.
I have the game "cobra 11 burning wheels" as an iso
3..Do i use auto layer break or is there a number i have to put in manually. (iam using imgburn)
