Is there a way to change the factory green led on the front of the console to red?
I have a RGH black slim xbox 360. I know I could buy a red LED kit and soldier it myself but I don't trust my soldiering skills enough. I'm sure there is a mod or utilitie out there to flip the LED to boot red rather then green & show green when the system has a issue.

I've also got a Nyko Intercooler STS fan That I would like to replace the internal fan with a red LED fan. Is this possible? If so what size fan could replace it?

Thanks for any help!

the best you can do for the front LEDs without soldering is to buy a premodded RF board (i think niktronix sells them on ebay for $40 or so).

the slim rf boards are different than the fats: they don't have dual-color LEDs around the ring, just in the center.

re: intercooler fan: i'm sure it's possible .. but i don't know the size; i'm betting that there's some soldering required as that's cheaper than connectors for the manufacturer.
