For the last several months I've been getting the status code 807b0190. It comes and goes but it's there 90% of the time. What it does is prevent me from viewing any game add-on's. No map packs, no demo's. It's very frustrating.

I called MS and they were of no help. Claimed the error is a connection problem between xbox live and my console on my end, but all my ports are open and it was working fine for the previous 9 months. I haven't changed anything for it to stop working. I've bypassed my router and my ISP doesn't block any ports.

Also sometimes (seldom) it will work fine, I can view and download content like normal, for no apparent reason. Then an hr later the status code returns and the content is gone again for another week or so.

Online game play and everything else still works fine. Just can't view game add-ons.
