I have a laptop with wireless broadband through Sprint. I want to take my laptop and my 360 with me on vacation (where there is no broadband except through my laptop's wireless card). Hook the 360 up to the TV there and rock out. Is this possible? What do I need to do to make this happen? Any help would be appreciated. RSVP ASAP.
All the wireless broadband cards that I've seen are way too slow, even if you did get it going it'd probably be way too laggy. Here's how you would do it anyway. Your laptop must have an ethernet port on it and you need a crossover cable. Just plug the crossover from your xbox to your laptop, go into network connections and drag the mouse to highlight both your ethernet connection and your wireless broadband connection, right-click and select "bridge connections." That's how I do it with my wifi card in my laptop but I'm pretty sure your wireless broadband card is too slow.
