It turns on and off twice by it self than turns blinking orange, and red orange red continuosly with blank screen. no mod chip or touched inside what so ever.I tried with different A/V cable and same thing.
after letting it sit for long time(couple of days) i turn it on than It seem like was gonna load the "X" logo than freeze. skipped the whole flubber huh.gif
now I know one of you GURU has to know about this. can anyone help? please.

sent them a e mail but they didnt reply. it was my buddies and he sent the E mail to them awhile back and he said they never got back to him.
and yes it's completely stock. and section where power supply is located does seem little warmer right away . could it mean power supply has gone bye bye?

It’s not the TV
Weather it's a failed mod attempt
Or a unmodded/unopened stock box
I think that the red/orange flashing is a general motherboard failure
I read that the v1.0/1.1 boxes lose the mpx chip due to heat issues which cause the error.
Or burnt up traces can cause this error on attempted mods
Here is a possible fix for one of the causes of red & orange flashing

If your box is unmodded/unopened stock box then you should get a hold of M$ somehow, maybe they can fix it?
