so I had a bad flash incident with my Akira 2 chip, so as an alternative, I flashed my TSOP.
is there any way I can fix the AK2 using the currently flashed TSOP? I've heard of a hotswap method, but that seems to require a second functional modchip, which I don't have. is there any way to boot with my TSOP, and then flash the Akira 2 instead?
what about a PC bios chip? could I hypothetically flash an xbox image to a PC bios chip, then remove it from the PC and stick it in the AK2? it's a longshot, but it was a random thought I had.

Your modchip does not have a socketed chip on it, so you cannot use a PC to fix that one unless there is a programmer for that specific chip available.
