So i was doing some ftp transfers of xbla games and deleted something off the HD of the 360. I think i deleted the FSD demo app that, while you are in the normal 360 dash, you can run that demo and get into FSD.

FSD works just fine right now when if i boot it up , but if i get into the normal dash, i have to restart my 360 to get back into FSD

How do i get that "demo" back on there?

do you have edited your launch.ini ?
when i want back to NXE, i will hold the RB button
otherwise get back into FSD
because in my launch.ini is Default = Hdd:\FreeStyle\default.xex

note that Right Bumper is ALWAYS default to return NXE
