my guess is that MS will just have certain ones. Custom faceplates will probably be limited to third party, something like the custom jewels we have today.

I think transparent faceplates could be better than stickers. Just print your skin, either at your home or, better, at a printing shop, insert the skin between the faceplate and 360, and it's done!!!
