Hello,there are smd capacitors Shorted ,in my xbox 360 :

all this caps has a short circuit!!
What is the solution...?

Do not post copyrighted material in the forums.

Most of the SMD caps on the 360 are Decoupling (filter) Capacitors on the many different power supply rails, and they are wired in parallel per rail. If even one of them were to be shorted, then all of them in that group would check as shorted. The odds of one of the Caps being bad though is pretty slim, unless it's burnt up, so you need to start looking for anything that looks fried, discolored or damaged, then start checking other components like the FETs for a short circuit there.

It also wouldn't hurt to provide more info as to the exact problem (error code, what the 360 does or does not do) and what all you have tried doing to fix it as well, because there aren't any mind readers or magicians here on the forums. wink.gif
