Cannot Create New Folders In F:\ Options

I have a SmartXX 2 chip.

I cannot create any new folders i F:\
The ones I have made several years ago I can still make subfolders for, so in

F:\Games

I can still make f:\Games\Test

But trying to create F:\Test

just gives me errors when doing it via FTP. I can't even do it in XBMC itself under files.

I also tried an old EvoX I had lying in a BIOS bank, but I couldn't create any folders via FTP to that either.

What can the reason be for that?
