I want to rename "My Programs" to "Programs", and rearrange the order of these...(for example I want "My Files" to be at the bottom)....how do I do this?

It's called skinning.

Read the online manual on skinning.

Open up Home.xml and have a play.

Strings can be set directly from within the skin, or you can alter them in language/English/strings.xml

what exactly is a string??? so which do i edit, the home.xml, or the strings....and where do I edit these.....
btw, i looked and there is nothing regarding this on the manual.

I'm sure you can search through the files on your xbox (or directly within a T3CH build on your computer) until you find home.xml

Start reading up on skinning - there is even some tutorials available in the manual, though they may be a little out of date. Try this one for instance:

i remember awhile back for a few builds of XBMC you could hit the white button on the home labels and select rename so renaming them was possible right in the skin .. not sure what happened there but i loved that feature .. it may have not been a T3CH build .. i hate "MY" , of course its mine, i own it .. :]
