Hey guys

I just did a fresh install of a 320gb harddrive, formatted and started fresh with Slayer's 2.7...

I deleted evoxdash.xbe and some other things on C drive to put unleashX back on. UnleashX works fine and everything seems good, until I tried to edit the config.xml file to find my apps.

Thats where my problem is...
Where are the apps saved when using slayers 2.7? they are not in E drive like they used to be.
(E drive only has Udata Tdata and Cache, and my game save manager shows XBMC and DVD2Xbox)

-is it possible they were saved to C drive? or F drive?

It did work after the fresh install and before putting UnleashX on. I only deleted files on C drive

or maybe I'm missing something...

Slayers installs the apps where you tell it to. Which option did you select?

Honestly, I do not recall it asking, I remember choosing new install with larger HDD option, and it did its thing after that...

I have nothing put on my new drive yet (games, movies, music) , so I guess I could start over

My F: is completely empty, after using xbpartitioner...

But I do recall xbmc working on evox, even after I did the format with xbpartitioner.

anyways I think I will just redo it, or get evox back on C: and see if my apps somehow come back.

That won't work, because it will reformat the F partition with the wrong size clusters. Just add the apps manually, or use one of the application install options on Slayers.

Ok, Heimdall, thats pretty much what I did (added the apps with the slayers disc)

I did check out the "new install on larger harddrive" option and it has something like *C* on it. I take it that this means everything normally saves to C, and thats why it went away on me, because I deleted it...

Thanks once again

Presumably this has been resolved successfully but I just wanted to add you could have used AID instead.
Maybe Slayers has something similar but AID gives you a simple, fool proof menu option to instruct apps to install on whatever drive you wish.

Best to put them on the E:\drive whether you're using a bigger HDD or not IMHO.
