Hi, I'm playing a japanese version of PSO on a PAL Xbox and I would really like to find some great patches to make offline mode a little bit faster. I've looked on a website which specialises in 'xbox saves' but I've only found a few, rather mediocre cheats for my version. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Actually I've found some good hacks by Nop2k1 which work for all versions. I would still like to find a patch to unlock all the difficulties though if anyone knows of one.

no patches exist to unlock the difficulties. you're going to have to do that the old fashion way. i suggest using the level 200 multiplayer patch so you can get a level 200 new character and just play online where all thats needed to play different difficulties is the required level. or you can do the max stat patch and make a quick run through all the difficulties if you cant or dont play online. with the max stat hack you will still level as normal but you wont receive any stat bonuses, with the level 200 hack you will receive a level 200 character with the normal associated stats for a legit level 200 character, all the hack does is change how much experience you receive in the multiplayer mode. or you can just combine the two, which is what i've done. you can find the patches on ninjas website just ask him to give you a link, i cant remember what it is. and make sure you thank him for making the patches

Thanks a lot. I actually need hacks for the JP NTSC version (not PAL) I guess with Xbox being so unpopular in Japan not a lot of people bothered with it so they are pretty hard to come by. Thanks anyway I've found a fair selection to keep me going biggrin.gif

thats OK the hacks Ninja created are for NTSC it wont matter if its USA or Japan. i think Pal was only used in Europe, but i'm not positive
