What about Cloud Saves? Couldn't he just restore the Gamertag from XBL and download the saves to the new 360?

Thanks guys.

I am prolly not gonna risk it and connect to live, I just want to get the new "media update". I have played wave patched games and all sorts so there is def a ban waiting for me.

Cloud saves require LIVE access. Banned boxes don't have such access.
