is there a way to update games without having to get rid of your Softmod as i have UnleashX and dont have splintercell....but i need to update a game.. i think its Chaos theory... is there a way u can stop it from going into the error screen while trying to get updates biggrin.gif

cmon someone must be able to help me... i dont have the copy of SC:CT but if someone can tell me how to FTP a stock C drive over using slayers ill do that! HELP!

if your Live account is already on your xbox there should be no reason you cant go on Live, if you dont have a Live account youll have to uninstall your softmod or install a new softmod that allows you to select which dash to boot, either option can be done without any exploitable games

ok, you need to update your dashboard, not the game

you need to uninstall your softmod, update the dash, then reinstall a newer softmod (krayzies ndure is probably the best right now)

this cna be done without an exploitable game, just make sure you make a backup of your eeprom.bin, then after updating you can install the new softmod with xhdm

if it was an SC update it wouldnt tell you to go to the dash or give you an error, just do what i told you and youll be fine
