sad.gif using an older version of evox, .845, my computer (on a cable modem) assigns an ip to it, but I cannot connect to it. I try to manually assign an ip by all the tutorials, but I still am not able to connect.I am going through a hub, modem input on uplink and comp and console on the port 2 and 3. If i use .3752(latest?) it never auto assigns an ip......but same results when I manually try it....am I missing something here??pittbullsean@hotmail.com

RU sure you got the IP address right?
Check the network settings on EvoX, and make sure that the IP address and Subnet mask are valid. Then try to ping your xbox.
