The NAND-X is only used to read/write to the NAND. You don't need it in place once you have flashed your NAND with the hacked NAND image. That's why the NAND-X comes with the pin-headers, so you can plug / unplug it when it is needed.

there is J2B1, (NAND) J1D2 (NAND)
J2D2 , DB1F1, ROL YELLOW WIRE (JTAG) do all thease need to be connected ??
