Just got hold of xbox 1.0 wanted to tsop, soldered 2 points required soft modded using Heimdall disc

Attempted flash and it says "Flash not writeable"

What am I doing wrong ???? Or what haven't I've done.....

PS been stuck on this for over 4 hrs please HELP !!!

Maybe you has SHARP TSOP?
It needs additional wire for flashing:

1.0 tsop points are 1 on top of the board and 1 on the bottom of the board...
dont get misteaken with 1.2 boxes and on wards where both points are at the top of the board..

Thanks for the reply ...but not a SHARP TSOP

Not 100% sure but is either Hynix or Hyundai .

@ work replying from phone

Any suggestions on this type of mod.

its going to be your solder points then..

be carefull not to iuse to much heat when you solder them together.
if you have a lot of dificulty doing ti then get a small strand of kaynar wire and solder that to the points to create the bridge..

the only explanation thats let is the points arent connected or a trace is gamages so you will need to use alt points for bridging.
