Just picked up one of these at best buy today,says on box DVR-710 but when I installed it it said DVR-111,same on drive itself.I guess my question is how can I tell if this dive will burn 360 games alright.

I havent burned a disc yet but was reading hacking the 360 tutorial and it says to use dvdinfopro it says you need to set the booktype in dvdinfopro,click on +RW top right then when I click it it says Pioneer Drives do not support bitsetting,is that going to be a problem,if so I'm going to take it back.Do you have to burn it as a dvd rom?

I have heard that the pioneer sets DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM as default, not 100% sure but worth checking.

I'm sure other people have used that model drive
