I posted this in the Xecuter thread by accident, but figure it may get more attention here, but I don't see a way for me to move it to here.

I successfully installed a Duox 2 GS, and when I start up the xbox I get the logo appearing in blue (with Xecuter 2 written at the bottom), then it loads up what looks like the regular microsoft dash. I'm having trouble figuring out what to do now. My aim is to install xbmc and an alternate dash. I tried to use AID 4.52, but it wouldn't load. The disc spins, but then the xbox logo appears on screen and it stays stuck on that. Is that the correct step to take, using AID? Do I need to flash the bios first?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be you're media. Whats are you using? I've had the best luck with CDRW.

Could be you're drive also.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I tried a better brand, and it worked perfectly.
