My Xbox uses a Matrix mod chip and it was working fine, but now it boots up like normal but it doens't say Executer 2 below the Xbox logo like it used to do and goes to an Xbox Customer Support screen every single time. I've tried opening my Xbox and realigning it and closing it and rebooting it but it still goes to the Xbox Customer Support screen. Can somebody please help because I am unable to do anything with my Xbox now.

clean the lpc points and the d0 w/ alcohol. if its not showing the Xecuter 2 then its not loading the bios off the matrix so therefor its probably not aligned right still. thats my guess. get a chameleon wink.gif

I've tried cleaning lpc ports and d0 with alcohol amd it still just boots up to the customer support screen. Is it possible that I might need to my chip has lost it's bios?

I reflashed my chip and reinstalled it and it still boots up to Xbox customer support screen. I'm starting to give up thinking that nothing else can be done. I'm so depressed.

try to clean them well with a qtips and align the chip well with a flash light. That should work.
